Where is Tokyo Tower?

On January 29th, 2009, last winter vacation, my sister and I were very abashed at an unfamiliar street.

We were traveling in Tokyo and planned to go to the Tokyo Tower. We checked the way to go there through the book, “Tokyo Recipe.” However, when we arrived at the Gin-ja Station in order to go to the Tokyo Tower, we could not find the route that we had seen in the book. We did not know what to do or where to go. I was so embarrassed. I could speak Japanese a wee bit, but my sister could not speak Japanese at all.

Inevitably, I asked the way to some people who passed by, and then I started to feel more confused. The reason why I was puzzled is that Japanese people seemed not to understand my questions. Subsequently, when we gave up going to the Tokyo Tower and decided to return to hotel, it started to rain. We didn’t bring an umbrella from Korea because we didn’t know the weather information of Tokyo. We were in a flurry and ran to return to the Gin-ja Station. Finally, we didn’t see the sights of the Tokyo Tower. On January 29th, 2009, my sister and I were so embarrassed and a little frightened in a strange city, Tokyo. If I have a chance to go to Japan again, I will go to the Tokyo Tower by all means.
