The first part is about the "vocal rule." The buylaw has two parts; one is banks can be limited, and the other is commercial bankds cannot engage in trading in their securities for their account. More closely, in the Obama administration, there was a group that one or two go the direction the vocal happen to represent. There were such people and there was problem affectively cahged the rule. There was a law that seperated commercial banking from investement banking. And there are similarities between the vocal rule and the prior administration rules.
The second part is the top of the weeks business news. In the headline, the vocal rule on the considerable profits of big banks, like Goldman sachs, JP Morgan Chase, etc. In other news, some other big companies announced earnings that is better performance for next year. And Google which is completed with China reported a five fold increase. China and United States government both made statements about the Internet freedom connection with google case. Google says, "We'll stop censoring each Chiness language search engines by chinese hackers. And finally the NYT company announced they would begin charging for accesses to online contents in 2011. That's the top of the weeks business.
The third part is about Peter Blant. He is spending the horrific and stressful time because of his company finance and divorce. He spends thounds dollar for a month maintaining his farm, museum, and etc.
The last thing is about the mortgage in the US housing. The mortgage is falling lower. Because so many homeowners are to used the praise in the industry under water meaning the higer value of their home than their mortgage. There are lots of reasons; some survey and realization walking away.
